Shipping policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post, with tracking, from Sydney. We strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible however please take in to account that many of our products are made to order and require manufacturing time - in some cases your order may join a queue of other orders requiring manufacture - also keep in mind this is a part time side business so there may be unavoidable delays. We will contact you to advise on any manufacturing, queuing, or delivery delays and do our best to manage your expectations on delivery.

Orders under our free shipping threshold:

We use Australia Post live carrier rates at the checkout to ensure you’re receiving the best possible shipping rate. Shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page based on the (metric or cubic) weight of your order (whichever is higher).

Express shipping options will be presented at the checkout. 

Estimated shipping times

We recommend allowing the following number of shipping days after your order has been dispatched (estimate only):

  • Australia: 2-5 business days
  • New Zealand: 4-8 business days
  • Rest of World: 8-12 business days

Customs, taxes, fees etc

As with any imported goods, the receiver is responsible for any taxes charged by your country's border force. We do not offer returns or refunds for customers who refuse to pay the duties and taxes, and we will treat the parcel as abandoned. If you are unsure of your country's limits and rates surrounding imports, please research this before purchasing.


Other

To ensure we are offering efficient service on our end, we endeavour to pack and send as soon as practicably possible from the date of order and we print the address label according to your entered shipping address.  We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses. 

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number, please keep an eye on the carrier's tracking page to view the progress of your parcel. 

Returns, exchanges and refunds

At Tinkaholic customer satisfaction is our priority, If your order has arrived with a problem, please email us so we can make it right!

If a product is deemed faulty or damaged, Tinkaholic will cover the cost of return shipping. All other returns will require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping.
